Szentendre is a unique artists' town with its cobble stoned squares, picturesque old streets and 18th century town houses, including the famous Margit Kovács Ceramics Museum. Visiting the formal royal residence at Visegrád, we concluded the trip with a Hungarian style dinner. |

Short Summary of participants 85 participant attended from 26 countries (Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Island, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, The Netherlands, UK, USA, and Yugoslavia) and 40 from Hungary. The workshops were not only attended by participants, but by 70 students from different countries (Hroatia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Yugoslavia) of varying age groups and abilities (from elementary 1st graders to university students, including some elementary students from the school of the deaf). From the about 90 submitted papers 66 were accepted by the international scientific committee as papers posters, demonstrations and workshops. |

There was also be a small exhibition on The history of Logo in Hungary" that could be seen on the morning of the 23rd at Eötvös Loránd University's Exhibition room.
Works submitted for the Cartoon Competition could also be seen at Eötvös Loránd University's Exhibition room.
It was very hot, but hopefully worth to attend... |
